OUR RETURN POLICY

(A) Return Policy for Lotus One Aroma Diffuser Fan

 

i) Please be confident with our free return policy if you change your mind.  To be eligible for a full refund, simply follow the steps below:

 

Step 1: Be sure that your Lotus One Aroma Diffuser Fan is unopened with original plastic wrap, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Step 2: Email us to request a full refund within 30 days since the order placed.

Step 3: Wait for our response and plan for the refund process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Step 4: Once it is approved and our return address is provided to you, please send the Lotus One Aroma Diffuse Fan back to us in the original packaging with proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Step 5: When we receive the item, we will notify you and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

ii) For any reason if you are not satisfied with your Lotus One Aroma Diffuser after opening it or using it, we will be happy to give you a store credit.  To be eligible to receive a store credit, simply follow the steps below:

Step 1: Be sure you have used the aroma fan according to the instruction sheet that comes with it.

Step 2: Email us to request a store credit within 20 days since the order placed.

Step 3: Wait for our response and plan for issuing the store credit. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit will be issued for the amount of the product.

Step 4: Once it is approved and our return address is provided to you, please send the Lotus One Aroma Diffuse Fan back to us in the original packaging, including all the associated items and parts that come with it.  Proof of purchase is also required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Step 5: Please note that the store credit will be expired in 90 days.

 

iii) We will definitely replace your Lotus One Aroma Diffuser Fan if it is defective or damaged.  Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Be sure you have used the aroma fan according to the instruction sheet that comes with it.

Step 2: Email us to request an exchange within 30 days since the order placed.

Step 3: Wait for our response and plan for an exchange.

Step 4: Once it is approved and our return address is provided to you, please send Lotus One Aroma Diffuse Fan back to us in the original packaging, including all the associated items and parts that come with it.  Proof of purchase is also required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Step 5: We will send you a new Lotus One Aroma Diffuser Fan once the returned one is received.

 

* We will be happy to pay for the shipping costs for return if it is obvious due to our error.

** Otherwise, please understand that you will be responsible for the shipping costs for sending the item back to us.

*** If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.

(B) Return Policy for Malas, Necklaces, and Bracelets

​

i) Our malas, necklaces, and bracelets serve the wearer for specific and very personal purposes. We truly believe that every buyer deserves to receive a brand new product(s) to begin with.  In order to guarantee this, please understand that the products once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged.  However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will try our best to work it out with you.  We promise!  If you experience with difficulty choosing a product, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to assist you choosing the most suitable one(s) for you.

ii) If you have accidentally received a damaged product, do not worry. It will be replaced with a new one. In case of no inventory, you will be offered to choose from other similar products with the same value or wait until the next shipment arrives.  Please notify us via email at mylotusone@gmail.com within 15 days since the order placed.  We will request that you to send us a picture of the damaged product so we may assess the situation.

Late or missing refunds:

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Next please kindly contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at mylotusone@gmail.com.
