The Millennium Blessing is designed by Dr. Kwok Shiu Ming.  It makes reference to a combination of the causation theory of Sakyamuni (the Buddha) and the materialism doctrine of Karl Marx; it helps strengthen the conditions necessary for combining qualitatively spiritual civilization development and material civilization development.
